Advertila is a digital platform operated and owned by Joe-Michael Contractors Ltd (RC 1898087) — a legally registered Nigerian company.
All references to “we,” “our,” or “us” in these terms refer to Joe-Michael Contractors Ltd, trading under the brand name Advertila.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Advertila, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

4. Our Service

Advertila provides AI-powered insights, creative analysis, and campaign guidance to help users improve performance on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

5. Account Registration

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

6. Credit-Based Access

• The platform operates on a manual, credit-based model

• Credits are consumed per action or feature used

• No automatic billing occurs

• No refunds are issued once credits are used

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content (text, files, data) you upload.
We:

• Temporarily process your content to generate AI outputs

• Do not store your content beyond the session unless required for continuity

• Do not use your content for training, resale, or external use

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Advertila for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent activity

• Reverse-engineer, duplicate, or tamper with the platform

• Upload or share unauthorized or offensive content

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violations may lead to suspension, termination, or legal action.

9. Intellectual Property

All components of the Advertila platform — including branding, code, and content generation systems — are the intellectual property of Joe-Michael Contractors Ltd.

You may not copy, reuse, distribute, or exploit any part of the platform or its output without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Advertila integrates with the following third-party tools:

• OpenAI (AI responses)

• Meta API (ad account insights)

• Paystack / Stripe (payment processing)

• Supabase (cloud storage and session management)

We are not liable for downtime, inaccuracies, or failures from these third parties.

11. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Paystack or Stripe

• We do not store or access your card information

• All top-ups are manual and non-refundable

• Unused credits are not transferable or exchangeable

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Business losses or missed ad performance

• Ad account bans or platform restrictions imposed by Meta

• AI inaccuracies or unexpected output

• Downtime, bugs, or technical failures

You use Advertila at your own discretion and risk.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.
Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and enforceable under Nigerian jurisdiction.
